Precision Stitching Guide

A range of advanced stitching machines ensures precision, durability, and high production efficiency across all garments, allowing us to maintain consistent quality standards, handle diverse fabric types, and meet bulk order requirements without compromising on craftsmanship.

Single Needle Stitch

This is the most common mechanical stitch made by sewing machines. Using one needle and two threads, upper and lower, it creates a smooth, strong seam that doesn’t pucker and works well for general sewing across various garment types.

Double Needle Stitch

Similar to the single needle lockstitch, this method uses two needles, reducing labor while increasing speed. Though more prone to puckering, it's commonly used in denim production—like the inner leg seam found in most standard Levi’s jeans.

Multi-Needle Stitch

This machine uses multiple needles to stitch identical designs onto separate garments at once, producing precise, decorative, and consistent stitching effects with enhanced speed, accuracy, and uniformity across all pieces.

Overlock Serger

This finishing stitch sews over the material’s edge, creating decorative hemming or seaming. It requires a special machine that forms loops on the edges. The term 'Serger' is often used interchangeably with 'Overlock'.

Zig Zag Stitch

This stitch zigzags back and forth, as its name implies. It’s commonly used on stretchy fabrics and to reinforce buttonholes, providing the flexibility needed for elastic materials while adding strength and durability to key areas.

XY Lockstitch

Also known as Programmable Pattern Lockstitch, these automated machines sew patterns up to 2,700 stitches per minute. They move along the X and Y axes, accurately recreating programmed designs and saving data for future use.

Cover Stitch

This double or triple stitch is used for hemming knit fabrics and seams that stretch. One side displays two parallel lines, while the underside connects them with a zig-zag pattern, providing flexibility and durability.

Bar Tack

This series of close stitches reinforces garment areas subject to stress or wear, such as pocket openings, buttonholes, belt loops, fly openings, tucks, pleats, and collar corners, ensuring durability and strength in high-stress areas.

Box X

This stitch forms a box with an X through the middle, commonly used to attach straps to bags. It reinforces the attachment points, providing extra strength and durability to ensure the straps remain securely in place over time.

Mouser Stitch

This flatlock stitch, created by a specialized machine, forms a flat, interlocking pattern that’s durable and comfortable against the skin. It’s often used on wetsuits to join two pieces of neoprene together.

Cylinder Bed Lockstitch

Skilled workers and specialized machines enable us to efficiently perform this stitch, which is used to sew tubular materials such as bags, handbags, wallets, and shoes, ensuring durability and strength in the final product.

Blind Stitch

This unseen stitch is used for hems or joining two pieces of fabric. It’s typically hidden within the fold of the fabric and only becomes visible when the material is pulled apart, offering a clean, discreet, and professional finish.
