Casual Fabrics

Casual Fabrics are usually referred to as Knitted Fabrics. These Fabrics can be used to make t-shirts, women tops & shorts, or for any other casual wear garment. You can select 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester or Blended Fabrics like 60% Cotton and 40% Polyester. We can also create Customized Fabrics as per your needs.

Fleece Fabrics

We have a wide variety of Fleece Fabrics. Fleece is a thick fabric used for making sweatshirt or hoodies, we have Fleece with different type of gram/sq. meter, you can select from readily available fabric list, or you can decide your own customized fabric as per the requirement of your clothing line

Sports Fabrics

We have made available to you almost nineteen different types of fabrics used in making high-performance sports garments, so you can select the best fabric suited for your garment. If the list is still not enough for you to select from, we can customize the fabric exactly as per your unique performance and style needs.

Premium Fabrics

Premium Fabrics are used for making your designed clothing more attractive, by using some of the premium fabrics like leather, silk or any other mentioned, we try to bring you more customization options this way, as you know, our mind is limitless, & for a creative mind to think of a great fashion garments.

Hosiery Fabrics

Hosiery Fabrics are usually called as those fabrics worn as leggings, tights , or for undergarments , they are usually stretchy, but there is no limitation, you can also use them in making light stretchable t-shirts, or anything other than that, you can view the list of garments available as hosiery fabrics.

Twill Fabrics

Twills Fabrics are generally used for work clothes, hats, coats etc. The breathability of twill makes it suitable & trendy attire for any season. The air-resistant nature & water resistant nature of the twill fabrics, coupled with the fact that it tends to hide soils and stains, makes twill an ideal choice for outdoor garments.

Pre-Production

At the start of your order & with your approved samples in hand we check that fabrics, accessories, your brand logo & any prints are all approved and ready.

Digital Patterns

Print out your digital patterns ready to cut the fabrics using mechanical rotary hot knives for maximum precision. Move your cut fabrics into the production room.

Production Room

Using our specialty dedicated sewing machines. Cups, wires, seamless, reversible, double-sided or zigzag styles are sewn only on machines built to handle that job.

Quality Control

Each article is checked one by one under white lights and magnifiers, ensuring there are no blemishes, loose threads, and that it passes our rigorous checking procedure.

Tagging

Move the approved production into the tagging, bar-coding and packaging room where your order is packed individually into bio-degradable & readied.

Packaging

To minimize garment damage, all garments are cartooned according to buyer instructions. This process is done manually for dispatch to your address.
